Data on the gold-platinum-palladium mineralization of the Northern Urals and Pai-Khoi are provided. Such occurrences as the Chudnoye, Nesterovskoye, Ozernoye are described. A number of mineral phases of platinum and palladium, in particular, mertieite, atheneite, sperrylite, sobolevskite etc. are to be in association with gold. Formation of the gold-platinum-palladium mineralization occurred at different stages of the region geological development. An important role has been played by Late Paleozoic hydrothermal-metasomatic processes promoted mobilization and redeposition of the ore components.

Key words: gold, platinum, palladium, the Polar Ural Mountains, Pai-Khoi Range.
